Our Signature Series Border, curbing or edging sets the industry standard for quality, attention to detail and service follow through.
With the standard per linear foot price, our customers get unprecedented add-ons for no additional cost. Select from our 40 color color-chart for a base concrete color, and then add texture, stamping and extra highlights of antique coloring for your one of kind Signature Style Curbing. No other person in your neighborhood will have the same style and colored border as you. In addition to this, you will be provided an additional seven year service pledge. Your Signature Series Curbing will be carefully stamped by hand leaving a look of detailed masonry or brick framing around your home.

What is the typical warranty
The TYPICAL INDUSTRY WARRANTY is as follows: One year on material or workmanship issues.
Our Warranty covers workmanship and material related issues for the period of one year and begins 24 hours from date of installation.
The Warranty does not cover damage occurring to border during the first 24 hours of its life. The border is soft and susceptible to damage during this time frame. The customer should avoid allowing pets and children in the area of the newly installed border for the first 24 hours. Our business is largely referral based and we understand how having happy customers means an abundance of word-of-mouth advertising. We greatly rely on your enthusiasm and confidence with our Signature Series Borders.
In addition, we offer a .50 cent per foot resealing charge at the two or three year resealing interval. This can also been done by the homeowner with poly seal and a thick knap roller.

Curb Sensations has been in business for going on five years and have combined experience totaling 24 years.
Do you install pop-up drains
This is one of the most underrated questions in the industry. At C. S. we would never consider installing border where gutters drain inside the flowerbed against the homes foundation. Though a gutter seems small, it must be remembered that gutters handle many square feet of water volume, channeling it out the down spout. This creates basement leaking, crawlspace flooding, as well as erosion around the border, walks and driveways. We charge $60.00 per drain. The drain sits flush on the ground and can be mown over without a problem. The only time it pops up is when it rains.
How many colors do you offer
We offer 40 basic colors along with 32 antique colors, the combination of which is infinite. This is the key to our Exclusive Designer Series Borders. The Customer gets a one-of-a-kind border experience. Like a painting that is a Master Piece, your border will be exclusively yours.
Do you charge more for darker color No. Our Signature Series Borders are priced per stamp pattern. Choice of color is not reflected in final price. In addition to base colors, the addition of antique highlights as well as texture comes at no extra cost. At C.S. we make it our aim to treat every home as though it is our own. We seek to compliment the vital and most prominent color scheme of the home or business. In addition to matching the color, we then add additional antique colors to further enhance the border.
